Due to limited available quantities, all sales are final except for damaged goods. For damaged goods, we offer a return or exchange. If an item appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To request a return or exchange, please email gremonstyne@gmail.com with your order information, alongside details of the damage and images where necessary. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location. We only accept returns of damaged items purchased directly from gremonstyne.com. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
