This collection, which married occultism to the designers’ ongoing interest in luxury and sex appeal, was one of Gremonstyne’s most fully realized collections to date. The team set out to discover fabric manipulations and elaborate shapes that redefined what it means to be the Gremonstyne woman. Using painted faux-leathers, burned organzas and frayed burlap-like tweeds, the team echoed familiar silhouettes that they have been refining season after season.
